Sebastian Altilio is a Seton Hall University graduate who has spent the past 15 years in Financial Services. Formally, an Investment Sales Broker with Marcus & Millichap, he specializes in the sale of Multifamily and Mixed-Use properties, as well as Development Sites in the tri-state area. Sebastian spent most of his years analyzing properties/portfolios for NYC landlords to help value and reposition their assets, as well as coordinating 1031 exchanges.
